How You Will Make an Impact :

• Develop, Test, and Support : Spearhead the development, testing, and support of web‑based applications and API development, utilizing Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices‑oriented architecture.
• Production System Maintenance : Ensure the smooth operation of the production system by promptly addressing any incidents and providing quick fixes or workarounds to maintain system health.
• Agile and DevOps Methodology : Embrace Agile and DevOps methodologies, taking complete ownership of the development process to streamline efficiency and collaboration.
• Engineering Best Practices : Apply a thorough understanding of engineering best practices and nonfunctional requirements to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest relevant technologies, techniques, frameworks, tools, methodologies, and processes to continuously enhance development practices and outcomes.

What We Look For :

• Java, Spring Boot, and Database Expertise : Demonstrated proficiency in developing applications using Java, Spring Boot, and SQL / NoSQL databases.
• Strong Communication Skills : Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
• Software and System Architecture : Proven track record in software and system architecture, including microservices architecture and AWS cloud technologies.
• Technical Proficiency : Solid understanding of caching technologies, front‑end technologies, and web architecture.
• Engineering Best Practices : Commitment to engineering best practices and a focus on nonfunctional requirements (NFRs).
• Quality Engineering : Familiarity with Quality Engineering principles and practices is advantageous.
• CI / CD and DevOps : Experience with CI / CD build / deploy pipelines and modern DevOps practices such as GitOps.
• Methodologies : Good understanding of technology methodologies including Agile (SCRUM), continuous integration / continuous development, and automation.
