In this role you will : (responsibilities)

The Site Leader is responsible for the delivery of overall operations of the country.

The Site Leader has the responsibilities and competencies of a Tech Level-3 plus :

Responsibilities :

Oversee all operational activities of the team (Queue Manager and Tech levels 1, 2, 3)

Ensure the team is compliant to the company (TCS) and client (Citi) policies, standards and code of conduct

Manage the team training and performance

Act as primary point of contact and escalation for the team

Foster a positive work environment
