Qualificações

• 8+ years of overall IT experience, including strong enterprise-level exposure.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow APM.
• Proven background with ServiceNow SAM and Discovery modules.
• Expertise configuring Application Services and building Service Maps.
• Experience working with the latest ServiceNow release/upgrade.
• Fluent English, with excellent communication and documentation abilities.
