A dynamic IT service provider is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer & Support Specialist to enhance and support its internal IT processes. This fully remote role involves developing and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including management of Service Catalog and ITSM modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and application development, ensuring seamless operations of IT service management processes in a long-term contract position.

Qualificações

  • Proficient in designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules including Incident, Service Catalog, and Knowledge.
  • Strong skills in development and customization of workflows and client scripts.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer & Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, configuration, customization, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role combines both development (building and enhancing solutions) and support (troubleshooting, maintenance, and user assistance) to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of IT service management processes.

Development & Customization
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, integrations, and custom applications.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB, and ITSM.
