AB InBev Growth Group, with TaDa Delivery, is seeking a Senior Service Designer to drive end-to-end customer experiences. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Growth, CX, and Business teams to shape service experiences that deliver meaningful business impact.

You will lead qualitative research, create service artifacts, and influence product strategy through insights and customer data in an agile, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualificações

• Solid experience in Service Design, UX Research, or Strategic Design.
• Strong qualitative research and facilitation skills.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional Service Design initiatives across multiple product areas.
• Map end-to-end customer journeys and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Plan and conduct qualitative research, translating insights into strategic recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops, co-creation sessions, and stakeholder alignment.
• Create and maintain Service Design artifacts, such as Service Blueprints, Journey Maps, and Ecosystem Maps.
• Partner with Product Designers to ensure a seamless end-to-end user experience.
• Influence product strategy through research, data, and customer insights.

About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Service Designer to join TaDa Delivery and lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives that improve the end-to-end customer experience. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Growth, CX, and Business teams to identify opportunities, drive research, and shape service experiences that deliver meaningful business impact.

What You'll Do

• Promote user-centered design practices and help evolve the Design Research culture.

What We're Looking For

Nice to Have

• Experience with marketplaces, delivery, logistics, or digital platforms.
• Knowledge of quantitative research methods and product metrics.
• Experience with DesignOps or Research Operations.
• Background in fast-growing technology companies.
