Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Security Data Scientist (Python) to translate large-scale security data into actionable risk insights. You will build models, design analytical pipelines in Python, and drive decisions across engineering and leadership teams.

You'll work with SQL-based warehouses such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery, apply CVSS/EPSS frameworks, and communicate findings through dashboards. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and USD-denominated compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science or quantitative analytics.
• Proficiency in Python including pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn for analytical pipelines.
• Strong background in statistical modeling and feature engineering.
• Experience with SQL and large-data analysis on warehouses such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
• Familiarity with vulnerability scoring frameworks such as CVSS, EPSS, or KEV, and risk modeling.
• Experience integrating environmental, insider-risk, and threat-intel context into prioritization.
• Strong visualization and reporting skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
