What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead utility‑scale wind and solar projects alongside the RRC team
• Conduct comprehensive designs/services for civil, electrical, substation, transmission, SCADA, structural, geotechnical, and survey aspects of projects
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, managing expectations and coordinating multiple schedules
• Oversee a team of project managers and assistant project managers, ensuring project performance
• Develop proposals and manage project schedules, budgets, and client needs

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering with a renewable energy focus
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the engineering consulting field
• Established renewable energy business client base and electrical utility experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead or be part of a project team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience as a Project Manager in renewable energy systems such as Wind and PV solar systems
• Battery storage and construction experience
• Multidiscipline engineering management experience in various fields including electrical, civil, and transmission
