Job summary

AIDA offers a Senior Salesforce Consultant position to design and deliver complex Salesforce solutions for international clients.

You will lead agile teams, mentor juniors, and drive data migrations with strong focus on data integrity while aligning with business process mappings.

The role provides a remote work option from LATAM/Ukraine with an end-of-year engagement and a B2B contract.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and consulting.
• Salesforce Administrator certification plus two of: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
• Deep understanding of complex data models and scalable automation.
• Hands-on experience with client workshops, PoCs, and effort estimations.
• Proficiency in advanced reporting with Tableau and Einstein Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile project teams and guide sprint planning sessions.

The Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and consulting
