What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end searches for high-impact Revenue roles including Enterprise AEs, SDRs, and Sales Leaders
- Collaborate with Sales VPs and regional Revenue leaders on hiring plans and strategies
- Coach hiring teams on structured interviewing and diversity best practices
- Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies to attract top-performing SaaS sales talent
- Drive long-term recruiting initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency across Revenue hiring
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting for Account Executives and Revenue functions in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Ability to build trusted partnerships with Sales, Finance, and RevOps leaders
- Strong communication skills and professional presence to represent the employer to senior talent
- Proficiency with recruiting tools and analytics such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Data-Driven approach to hiring decisions with a consultative mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in coaching hiring managers on evaluating and closing top performers
- Ability to proactively build and maintain pipelines of high-performing SaaS sellers
