What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead end-to-end searches for high-impact Revenue roles including Enterprise AEs, SDRs, and Sales Leaders
  • Collaborate with Sales VPs and regional Revenue leaders on hiring plans and strategies
  • Coach hiring teams on structured interviewing and diversity best practices
  • Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies to attract top-performing SaaS sales talent
  • Drive long-term recruiting initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency across Revenue hiring
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting for Account Executives and Revenue functions in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships with Sales, Finance, and RevOps leaders
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence to represent the employer to senior talent
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools and analytics such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Data-Driven approach to hiring decisions with a consultative mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in coaching hiring managers on evaluating and closing top performers
  • Ability to proactively build and maintain pipelines of high-performing SaaS sellers
  • Familiarity with data-driven insights on market conditions and compensation trends
