Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead the development and growth of our products and solutions in the Brazilian market.

Based in São Paulo, this role requires building strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving revenue growth, and expanding our presence, especially within banking and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the Brazilian market, with a focus on the banking sector and enterprise clients;
  • Identify and develop new sales channels, expand our corporate customer base, and nurture key accounts;
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, creating trust and ensuring client satisfaction;
  • Provide insights into market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, contributing to the company's go‑to‑market and sales strategies;
  • Lead high‑value negotiations and tailor solutions to meet clients' business challenges;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above;
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written);
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software or banking technology solutions;
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills;
  • Analytical mindset with a problem‑solving approach;
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and meet sales targets;
  • Availability to travel when required.
Preferred
  • Strong understanding of the banking sector, retail banking systems, or financial services is a plus;
  • Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory.
