Own end-to-end recruitment for US-based SaaS sales roles
Run client briefs, challenge assumptions and advise founders
Source and close senior candidates in competitive markets
Manage interviews, offers and candidate experience
Build long-term talent pools and trusted client relationships
MUST have 3+ years agency recruitment experience (not the same as talent acquisition)
Strong history of exceeding targets and ideally a consistent top biller at their agency
Strong background recruiting SaaS or technology sales roles for startups
Exposure to US clients or markets preferred
Consultative, quality-driven and confident pushing back
Autonomous, coachable and outcome-focused
Based in Brazil and comfortable working US hours
