A remote employment consultancy is seeking a recruiter to manage the full life-cycle requisition workload and conduct in-depth candidate interviews. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree and have at least 3 years of experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments are essential. Responsabilidades

  • Manage a full life-cycle requisition workload, sourcing both active and passive candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to evaluate candidates.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to train hiring managers on acquisition strategies.
  • Analyze candidate resumes and job applications, updating job descriptions as necessary.
  • Provide analytical recruiting reports and monitor HR best practices.

Conhecimentos

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively
Proven experience in interfacing with management

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of related experience
