What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Partner with Sales Leaders to identify hiring needs and develop success profiles for sales roles
- Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for sales positions, from strategy development to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines, focusing on passive candidates
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics, including pipeline health and time-to-fill
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales recruiting, with at least 2 years in the insurance industry
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring high-performing sales professionals
- Strong understanding of sales competencies, commission structures, and performance metrics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday)
