Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Full‑Cycle Recruitment – Manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, across both technical and non‑technical roles.
• Talent Strategy & Sourcing – Leverage recruitment automation tools and global talent networks to attract top candidates.
• Candidate Experience – Ensure a seamless, high‑touch candidate experience while enhancing Bitfinex’s reputation in the global talent market.
• Innovative Recruitment Practices – Continuously explore new tools, sourcing methods, and recruitment trends to optimize hiring efficiency.
• Collaboration with Hiring Teams – Work closely with department leads and executives to align hiring needs with business objectives.
• Data‑Driven Decision Making – Use recruitment analytics and KPIs to track success and optimize strategies.

What You Bring to the Table

• 5+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment, covering both technical and non‑technical roles.
• Global recruitment experience, with the ability to source, attract, and engage talent across multiple geographies.
• Strong knowledge of the latest recruitment tools, automation platforms, ATS systems, and passive candidate engagement strategies.
• Experience in fast‑paced environments and a data‑driven mindset, using recruitment analytics to optimize hiring strategies.
• Preferred: CET timezone flexibility or willingness to be flexible.
• Preferred: Previous experience within the cryptocurrency or blockchain space.
