What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 5-7 years of recruiting experience within the Federal contracting industry

  • Strong ability to close candidates and understand compliance and compensation requirements
  • Experience in sourcing, qualifying, vetting, and submitting candidates
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
