What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 5-7 years of recruiting experience within the Federal contracting industry
  • Proven track record of success recruiting cleared technical candidates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Thorough understanding of compliance and compensation requirements
  • Proven experience with sourcing, qualifying, vetting, and submitting candidates
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
