What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting technical and non-technical roles
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; experience with Workday preferred
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance
- Successful track record working with hiring managers on recruitment timelines
- Experience managing recruitment processes for candidates requiring U.S. work authorization sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Global recruiting experience, specifically in Canada
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience leading recruiting-related projects such as process optimization
