What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage the applicant pipeline from job posting through the interview cycle to the offer process in a high-growth agency environment
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop effective recruitment strategies for technical hiring needs

  • Track and report on technical recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 7+ years of proven experience as a Recruiter or Technical Recruiter, preferably in a staffing or marketing agency
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles relevant to the marketing industry, including data analytics, SEO, and website development
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple hiring priorities

  • Familiarity with various sourcing methods including social networking and networking events
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data to drive recruitment decisions
