What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the applicant pipeline from job posting through the interview cycle to the offer process in a high-growth agency environment
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop effective recruitment strategies for technical hiring needs
- Engage with passive candidates to build a strong pipeline of skilled talent
- Track and report on technical recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status
- Prepare and extend job offers while negotiating terms with candidates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of proven experience as a Recruiter or Technical Recruiter, preferably in a staffing or marketing agency
- Strong knowledge of technical roles relevant to the marketing industry, including data analytics, SEO, and website development
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple hiring priorities

- Familiarity with various sourcing methods including social networking and networking events
- Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data to drive recruitment decisions
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
