Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial management across designated rail projects.
• Administer and manage NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
• Provide accurate cost forecasting and cash flow analysis.
• Prepare and submit valuations and applications for payment.
• Negotiate subcontractor packages and manage performance.
• Support project teams with contractual advice and risk mitigation.
• Liaise with Network Rail representatives and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes.

My client is seeking a commercially astute and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) to join our dynamic rail infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of Network Rail frameworks, strong contractual expertise, and a proven track record of delivering commercial value across complex rail projects.

• Lead commercial management across designated rail projects, ensuring compliance with Network Rail standards and governance.
• Administer and manage NEC3/NEC4 contracts, including early warnings, compensation events, and change control.
• Provide accurate cost forecasting, cash flow analysis, and budget control throughout project lifecycle.
• Prepare and submit valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts.
• Negotiate subcontractor packages and manage supply chain performance.
• Support project teams with contractual advice, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution.
• Liaise with Network Rail representatives, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes and reporting tools.
