Job summary

BEES, AB InBev’s B2B platform, seeks a Senior QA to ensure quality from early development through delivery. You will participate in agile ceremonies, drive shift-left testing, and lead automated API tests while collaborating with developers, product, and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes functional, exploratory, and regression testing, with bug tracking and continuous quality improvement as core duties within a fast-paced, global team.

Qualifications

• Experience with automated API, integration and end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with BDD (Gherkin, Cucumber).
• Strong knowledge of software testing fundamentals.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience in bug management using Jira or Zephyr.

Responsibilities

• Act as an Agile QA, participating in team ceremonies (refinement, planning, daily, review, and retrospective).
• Ensure delivery quality from the requirements-gathering phase (shift-left approach).
• Create, execute, and maintain automated API tests.
• Support the team in defining clear and testable acceptance criteria.
• Execute functional, exploratory, and regression tests.
• Log, track, and manage bugs in a clear, objective, and prioritized manner.
• Work collaboratively with developers, product, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s quality processes and practices.

About this opportunity

We are looking for a Senior QA professional to work collaboratively within agile teams, participating from the early stages of the development process and actively contributing to the quality of deliveries. We seek someone who understands that quality is not a final phase, but a continuous part of development.

What you will do:

• Act as an Agile QA, participating in team ceremonies (refinement, planning, daily, review, and retrospective).

We are looking for people with:

• Experience with automated API, integration and e2e testing
• Knowledge of BDD (Gherkin, Cucumber).
• Solid experience of software testing fundamentals.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
• Experience in bug management and use of tools such as Jira, Zephyr (or similar).
• Ability to analyze requirements and metrics, identify quality risks and prevent defects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proactive, organized, and collaborative profile.
• CI/CD knowledge and test execution in pipelines.
• Knowledge of non-functional testing (performance, security, etc.).
• Experience with log analysis and support in troubleshooting.
• Experience testing in mobile or distributed environments.
