A leading fintech company is seeking a Public Relations Manager to lead communications across Latin America. The role requires 5+ years of experience in PR, fluency in Portuguese and English, and strong writing skills. Responsibilities include increasing media visibility, crisis communication, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams to align PR with business outcomes. This position is based in São Paulo and emphasizes in-person collaboration.

As Adyen LATAM's PR Manager, you will lead all communications for Adyen across Latin America. You will help to shape how we tell our story to different stakeholders. Your objective will be to increase media coverage for us in the region, with a focus on ‘tier one’ results (national newspaper and sites, national TV and radio, as well as the best technology publications).
We want to be recognised as a leader and one of the most influential and important acquiring in LATAM right now. We hope this professional will be able to increase our visibility in the region through earned media (consumer, business, B2B, etc).
Our fast paced environment requires a motivated and independent self-starter, who is prepared to work independently across a wide variety of tasks. The role is ultimately responsible for all communications in line with the overall business objectives, goals, for Adyen LATAM. Ultimately, you should be able to expand our company’s digital footprint and brand awareness.
