What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage the implementation of renewable energy projects from Final Investment Decision (FID) through to commercial operation date (COD)
• Prepare and update project plans, including schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies
• Oversee project procurement processes and negotiate commercial contract terms
• Monitor project compliance with financial metrics and investment parameters
• Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers and Associate Project Managers

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive project management experience with complex projects
• In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy industry and project management principles
• Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills across all organizational levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• PMP certification is preferred
• Experience in the power industry, particularly in wind, solar, and/or storage implementation
• Strong background in cost control methodologies, estimating, and change managementDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and subcontractor relationshipsHigh energy and client-focused attitude
