We are expanding our reach as part of Ignite Visibility, and we are seeking a skilled, full‑time International Senior Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team. The position is client‑facing and will oversee the entire life cycle of digital projects across various marketing channels for franchise/multi‑location clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end‑to‑end digital marketing projects across SEO, Paid Media, website lifecycle, organic social, content, PR, and other digital marketing channels to deliver on time, on budget, and with high quality.
- Serve as day‑to‑day point of contact for assigned projects across franchise and multi‑location clients.
- Assist in the initial onboarding of new client projects.
- Manage client expectations and strategies from inception to delivery.
- Set and prepare budgets, tools, scope, and timelines for digital marketing channel projects.
- Ensure project profitability and efficiencies while utilizing agency resources.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely, quality work.
- Create deadlines and action items for every project team member.
- Oversee code development and testing.
- Manage project launch activities.
- Lead daily or weekly project team meetings to review progress.
- Communicate regular project status updates for external stakeholders.
- Obtain client approvals for all new estimates and change orders.
- Address bottlenecks and adjust timelines and deliverables.
- Resolve issues with team members individually.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate current operational processes and performance, recommending improvements.
- Maintain relationships with department heads, account management, external partners, and vendors.
- Participate in a weekly update meeting with the Director of Operations.
- Use all company business management and communication platforms to keep stakeholders informed, tasks assigned, and projects well managed.
- Communicate rapidly and effectively with all parties involved in projects.
- Perform ongoing professional development to stay current with digital marketing industry trends.
- Assist sales team with presentations and proposal development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of experience managing end‑to‑end digital marketing projects across multiple channels (SEO, Paid Media, Email, CRO, social media, etc.).
- Experience in franchise or multi‑location businesses.
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate teams to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to manage cross‑disciplinary teams from strategy, design, content, and development phases.
- Knowledge of project management frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading multiple concurrent projects.
- Well‑developed written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to forecast, benchmark, and analyze project budgets.
- Hands‑on experience with project management software such as Monday.com or similar.
- Excellent time‑management, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strategic and critical thinking skills and professional judgment.
