Job Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex digital advertising projects, including marketing technology implementations and ad tech integrations
  • Support the implementation and optimization of digital advertising technologies, coordinating cross‑functional teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project teams, delivering clear project communications and facilitating stakeholder alignment
  • Coordinate distributed teams, managing daily standups and agile ceremonies while monitoring project progress
  • Partner with business units to develop and execute change management plans, ensuring smooth implementation of digital advertising solutions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience managing large‑scale, cross‑functional projects in digital marketing or advertising technology
  • Proven experience with digital advertising initiatives and hands‑on experience with agile frameworks
  • Background in working with remote and distributed teams
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in risk mitigation and creative solution development
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an advertising agency, providing insight into the fast‑paced nature of the industry
  • Consulting experience with a demonstrated ability to build stakeholder relationships and manage ambiguity
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Asana
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on digital advertising projects
  • Advanced knowledge of PMI, Agile, and hybrid methodologies with relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe)
