Job Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex digital advertising projects, including marketing technology implementations and ad tech integrations
- Support the implementation and optimization of digital advertising technologies, coordinating cross‑functional teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project teams, delivering clear project communications and facilitating stakeholder alignment
- Coordinate distributed teams, managing daily standups and agile ceremonies while monitoring project progress
- Partner with business units to develop and execute change management plans, ensuring smooth implementation of digital advertising solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience managing large‑scale, cross‑functional projects in digital marketing or advertising technology
- Proven experience with digital advertising initiatives and hands‑on experience with agile frameworks
- Background in working with remote and distributed teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk mitigation and creative solution development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an advertising agency, providing insight into the fast‑paced nature of the industry
- Consulting experience with a demonstrated ability to build stakeholder relationships and manage ambiguity
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Asana
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on digital advertising projects
- Advanced knowledge of PMI, Agile, and hybrid methodologies with relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe)
