What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI and machine learning projects, managing project scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
• Support implementation and optimization of AI/ML platforms and coordinate cross-functional teams on various AI initiatives
• Serve as primary point of contact for AI project teams, delivering clear communications and translating complex AI concepts for stakeholders
• Manage distributed teams, facilitating agile ceremonies and monitoring project milestones and progress
• Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of AI solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 5+ years managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in AI/ML, data science, or advanced analytics
• Proven track record of leading multiple systems integration and AI implementation projects through the full lifecycle
• Hands‑on experience with agile frameworks and traditional methodologies
• Background working with remote and distributed teams across technical and business functions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Consulting experience with a demonstrated ability to build stakeholder relationships and manage ambiguity in emerging technology spaces
• Experience supporting AI/ML initiatives such as predictive modeling projects or intelligent automation programs
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies with relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI‑ACP)
• Exceptional organizational abilities with strong attention to detail in fast‑paced environments
