About the Job

Dadosfera is seeking a Project Analyst to provide end-to-end project management support, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and effective resource use. This role requires strong organization and collaboration with various teams, focusing on project progress, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support all phases of project management: planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Work with project leaders to define requirements, allocate resources, and prioritize tasks strategically.
• Update and maintain project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) to track progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate and document project meetings, maintaining alignment among stakeholders and following up on action items.
• Prepare and analyze KPI reports to assess project performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing solutions to maintain workflow and continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical and quality standards.
• Track project budgets and report any discrepancies, supporting cost control and optimal resource allocation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, ideally in agile and fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret project performance data and provide insights.
• Intermediate to advanced English for collaboration with international teams.
• Fluent English communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management roles.
• Experience as a Product Owner (PO) or Project Manager (PM) in data infrastructure sectors.
• Familiarity with data analysis and KPI management within project contexts.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Background in technology, digital transformation, or innovation projects.
• Fluent or intermediate Spanish.
