Deel is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and influence the product strategy, roadmap and GTM. You will collaborate with senior leaders, designers, engineers and experts to ensure fast delivery of a best-in-class experience to a global customer base.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape the vision across product lines, and balance development work with high-priority client escalations in a remote-first environment.

Summary

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and influence the product strategy, roadmap and GTM. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, designers, engineers and subject‑matter experts across the organization to ensure the fast delivery of the best‑in‑class experience to a global customer base.

Responsibilities

• Building a clear vision, strategy, and execution path for your area of responsibility
• Working cross‑functionally to collect and address the diverse needs of different product lines
• Leveraging all of the core PM skills you have honed to date to drive progress through the entire product development lifecycle.
• Collaborating with a team of highly talented product designers, engineers and product experts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results.
• Balancing core product development with high‑priority client escalations in a high‑speed, remote‑first working environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a fast pace environment (ideally scaleup/start‑up)
• Independent and autonomous leader
• Understanding of both UX and UI

• Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On‑Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.
• Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market‑aligned conversion.
• Final pay is based on objective, job‑related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
