The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Product Designer. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives on solving complex user problems, designing for technical audiences, and delivering intuitive, scalable product experiences in fast‑paced, startup environments.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on product thinker with a deep understanding of user‑centered design for B2B software, a track record of shipping enterprise‑grade digital products, and experience working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders in the cybersecurity and SaaS sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product design processes, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high‑fidelity UI design.
• Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to define product requirements and translate them into user‑centered design solutions.
• Design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs.
• Create and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite.
• Stay updated on design trends, user behavior patterns in B2B software, and industry best practices in product design.
• Mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team.

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate with international teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, especially in security, data visualization, or technical tools.
• Deep expertise with design tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle.
• Solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software.
• Experience working in agile development environments, with strong collaboration skills alongside Product Managers and Engineers.
• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Direct experience designing for cybersecurity platforms (e.g., threat detection tools, security dashboards, monitoring platforms, etc.).
• Background in designing data‑heavy interfaces, with complex user journeys and role‑based user permissions.
• Knowledge of frontend development principles (HTML, CSS) to effectively communicate with developers.
• Prior experience working with US‑based startups or product teams.
• Experience facilitating design workshops, user interviews, or stakeholder alignment sessions.
