Sigma Software is seeking a Senior/Principal Machine Learning Engineer in São Paulo to design and deploy scalable ML models for advertising intelligence and forecasting. You will work on big data pipelines, cloud-native solutions, and high-load systems in a distributed team.

The role emphasizes hands-on ML development in Python, Spark-based processing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across the AdTech ecosystem.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of commercial experience in Machine Learning and Big Data engineering.
• Hands-on experience implementing ML algorithms using Python.
• Proven experience with Apache Spark for large-scale data processing.
• Experience with distributed messaging systems such as Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience designing and developing large-scale distributed or mission-critical systems.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.

Responsabilidades

• Produce technical documentation related to ML pipelines, models, and distributed systems.
• Mentor engineers and support technical growth within the team.
• Drive innovation in ML and AdTech technologies.
