What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 10+ years in Customer Success, account management, consulting, or enterprise transformation
  • Proven track record managing complex strategic customers at the SVP/C-level for Fortune 500 companies
  • Experience leading transformational initiatives that drive measurable customer outcomes
  • Strong understanding of Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian solution use cases
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of experience with Atlassian‑powered solutions
  • ITSM certification and familiarity with deal qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC
  • Experience with Customer Success Planning frameworks and tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, or Tableau
