What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Advise customers on leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance their operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years in Customer Success, account management, consulting, or enterprise transformation
- Proven track record managing complex strategic customers at the SVP/C-level for Fortune 500 companies
- Experience leading transformational initiatives that drive measurable customer outcomes
- Strong understanding of Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian solution use cases
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience with Atlassian‑powered solutions
- ITSM certification and familiarity with deal qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC
- Experience with Customer Success Planning frameworks and tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, or Tableau
