We are looking for a Senior PPC Specialist to join our remote team in Brazil. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in paid media and deep expertise in data-driven performance strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Analyse KPIs and suggest improvements focused on performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B tests and implement learnings in real time.
  • Build reports with actionable strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-impact creatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing PPC campaigns.
  • Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
