Qualificações

• Advanced proficiency in programming languages.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Expertise in containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in observability tools for monitoring applications.
• Experience in Infrastructure as Code methodologies.

Job description

As Senior Platform Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize the platform infrastructure that enables high-scale software delivery. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the Developer Experience by creating and improving tools, systems, and processes. You will collaborate closely with teams, providing technical guidance and fostering best practices in automation, security, and scalability. As a senior engineer, you will take ownership of critical platform components and contribute significantly to strategic decisions, ensuring alignment with both business and technical objectives.

Job responsibilities

• You will lead the design, implementation, and management of scalable and secure platform infrastructure.
• You will architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automation and fast feedback loops.
• You will ensure the platform meets high availability, reliability, and performance standards. You will troubleshoot complex platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• You will manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration tools.
• You will drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for scalable resource management.
• You will lead initiatives to improve DevOps and GitOps practices across the organization.
• You will mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.
• You will propose and execute platform optimization strategies, balancing cost and performance.

Job qualifications

Technical Skills

• You must have advanced proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash).
• You have in-depth expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including serverless and advanced networking.
• You have a deep understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration with platforms like EKS or GKE.
• You must possess expert-level experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, NewRelic, etc.
• You have advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• You can implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure aligned with best practices.
• You have strong expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and NoSQL databases.
• You must demonstrate extensive experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and GitOps automation practices.
• You can apply advanced knowledge of performance tuning, cost optimization, and platform scaling.
• You must have advanced English proficiency for daily collaboration in a global team.
