We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll activities accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and serving as a key point of contact between HR, Finance and employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Proven experience in payroll processing in Brazil, preferably in a global organization, with hands-on manual payroll processing, including calculations and analysis.
• Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP or similar platforms).
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor and social security legislation.
• Proficiency in government reporting systems such as eSocial and etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Fluent English and Portuguese.
