Jobtailor is seeking a Payments Project Manager to oversee payment initiatives, ensuring deadlines and cross-functional alignment between business and technology.

You will drive new payment methods, digital and physical journey improvements, and a roadmap with Pix integrations, while supporting reconciliation and chargebacks, and guiding squads with agile practices.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in project management, preferably in agile environments.
• Experience with payment methods or working in the financial services context.
• Intermediate Excel and Power BI skills.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Basic SQL and familiarity with Python a plus.

• Support payment operations processes, ensuring correct execution and providing assistance on related topics such as reconciliation and chargebacks.
• Act as a facilitator between departments, tracking status, following up on deliveries, and ensuring project advancement.
