As a Senior Operations Lead, you will partner with site leaders and Shared Service teams to uncover process improvement opportunities, reduce defects, and deliver meaningful, customer-ready solutions. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting financial analyses, creating performance reports, designing process flows, and building strong client relationships, all while showcasing outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities. For this US-based position, the base pay range is $49,126.27 - $81,225.49 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
