Job Responsibilities
  • Promote employer products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) both in‑person and virtually, providing essential clinical and reimbursement information
  • Develop and implement a territory business plan to achieve sales objectives using market data and customer insights
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and key stakeholders in the healthcare community
  • Address customer inquiries and objections using advanced selling skills
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide coordinated solutions and guidance on product access‑related issues
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred
  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare; neuroscience preferred for Sales Specialist role
  • Minimum 5+ years of healthcare sales experience with at least 2 years in complex/account‑based selling for Senior Specialist role
  • Proven advanced selling skills and strong business acumen
  • Ability to meet travel requirements, including significant driving and overnight stays
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in influencing diverse HCP audiences across multiple care settings
