Job Responsibilities
Promote employer products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) both in‑person and virtually, providing essential clinical and reimbursement information
Develop and implement a territory business plan to achieve sales objectives using market data and customer insights
Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and key stakeholders in the healthcare community
Address customer inquiries and objections using advanced selling skills
Collaborate with internal teams to provide coordinated solutions and guidance on product access‑related issues
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred
Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare; neuroscience preferred for Sales Specialist role
Minimum 5+ years of healthcare sales experience with at least 2 years in complex/account‑based selling for Senior Specialist role
Proven advanced selling skills and strong business acumen
Ability to meet travel requirements, including significant driving and overnight stays
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencing diverse HCP audiences across multiple care settings
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
