Gramian Consultancy is seeking experienced Graphic / Media Designers, Visual Artists, Illustrators, Video Editors, and Audio Editors to support AI content creation efforts. You will craft illustrations, graphics, videos, and audio assets following defined briefs and maintain style consistency across variations.

Role requires at least 5 years in related fields, proficiency with two tools (GIMP, Krita, etc.), and a strong portfolio.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic/media design fields.
• Proficiency with at least two of the listed tools (GIMP, Krita, Inkscape, Kdenlive, Ardour, Audacity, OBS, Jellyfin).
• Portfolio showing versatility across creative media and asset types.
• Experience creating, editing or manipulating professional visual, video, or audio assets.
• Ability to document workflows and follow detailed creative specifications.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

Role Overview

Our client is supporting the development of advanced AI systems through expert creation, editing, and evaluation of visual, video, audio, and multimedia content.

We are looking for experienced Graphic / Media Designers, Visual Artists, Illustrators, Video Editors, and Audio Editors who can combine strong creative judgment with structured technical workflows. You will create and modify multimedia assets, produce controlled variations, evaluate creative outputs against detailed guidelines, and document the workflows used to produce them.

CONTRACT: Contractor assignment, 5 weeks

COMMITMENT: Hourly, up to 40h/week

LOCATIONS: Remote - Bangladesh, Brazil ,Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Turkey, Vietnam

PROCESS: Home Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality illustrations, graphics, videos, audio, and multimedia assets from defined creative briefs.

• Work with digital painting, brush engines, animation, and pressure-sensitive input workflows.
• Perform non-linear video editing, including multi-track timelines, effects, and proxy workflows.
• Record, edit, process, and evaluate audio and video content.
• Perform screen and stream capture and manage creator video assets.
• Evaluate creative outputs using structured rating frameworks and detailed guidelines.
• Document prompts, workflows, editing decisions, and asset metadata clearly.
• Incorporate feedback and collaborate with technical, creative, and quality teams.

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Media Designer, Illustrator, Visual Artist, Video Editor, Audio Engineer, or closely related professional.
• Proficiency with at least 2 of the following tools: GIMP, Krita, Inkscape, Kdenlive, Ardour, Audacity, OBS, Jellyfin.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong professional work and versatility across relevant creative media.
• Hands-on experience creating, editing, or manipulating professional visual, video, or audio assets.
• Understanding of composition, visual consistency, technical quality, and creative production workflows.
• Experience following detailed creative specifications and evaluating outputs against defined criteria.
• Ability to document creative and technical workflows clearly.
• Strong written and spoken English.
