About the Role

FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Associate in Marketing and Communications to support the Brazil marketing efforts. This is an opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong communications, media, and event coordination skills to play an active role in driving visibility and business growth for FTI Consulting’s Brazil office.

Working as part of the Latin America Marketing team, this role supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen FTI’s reputation, enhance client engagement, and align with the firm’s “ONE FTI” strategy. The role reports to the Latin America Regional Director of Marketing and works closely with local practice leaders in Brazil and the Latin America marketing team, as well as global marketing team.

What You’ll Do
  • Support day-to-day marketing and communications activities across practices in Brazil, while collaborating closely with the Latin America marketing team and global marketing members to identify opportunities for the region.
  • Ensure alignment with global marketing initiatives while tailoring messages for the Brazilian market.
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing plans and campaigns aligned with FTI’s strategic priorities for the 5 segments in Brazil.
  • Support the development and localization of thought leadership content (articles, reports, surveys, videos, and newsletters).
  • Coordinate social media efforts to share content about Brazil across our channels, in alignment with global social media team.
  • Help organize events, webinars, sponsorships, and speaking engagements, ensuring brand consistency and visibility.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including chambers of commerce, associations, law firms, and other relevant organizations.
  • Collaborate with practice teams to prepare marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Manage the marketing calendar and plan, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Assist in measuring and reporting the effectiveness of marketing activities.
What You Will Need to Succeed
Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development — ideally in professional services or corporate communications in Brazil.
  • Strong speaking and presentation skills.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both Portuguese and English.
  • Experience with marketing and communication strategies, digital/social media campaigns.
  • Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy.
  • Skilled in cross-team collaboration and comfortable working with stakeholders across Latin America and globally.
  • Proactive and resourceful self-starter with attention to detail and execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Multilingual in Portuguese and English (advanced/fluent).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience within legal services or business consulting.
  • Proven ability to work across and with a wide variety of teams (sales, consulting, PR, CRM etc.) to reach desirable and beneficial outcomes for all teams.
