What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree in a Life Sciences field
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the Genomics or Synthetic Biology industry within the Southwest Region
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, strategic selling, and negotiation
- Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships with various functional support areas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences
