What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the liaison between the Partner Sales and Success, Shipt Media, and B2B Marketing teams to support strategy development and sales enablement
  • Prioritize requested content based on industry insights and collaborate with the B2B Marketing team to generate external materials
  • Identify and implement tools, systems, and processes to enhance sales operations and partner engagement strategies
  • Develop reporting and performance insights to support sales go-to-market programs and partner engagement
  • Create playbooks and training programs to ensure sales teams can effectively utilize enablement materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales go-to-market strategy roles, specifically within the same-day delivery industry
  • Proven expertise in creating playbooks and toolkits for sales enablement
  • Experience developing training programs that support sales readiness and partner activation
  • Exceptional process design and program management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)

  • Background in retailer and brand partnerships
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth in sales pipelines and revenue generation
