ABOUT THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Layout Planning: Design warehouse layouts for new facilities and redesign existing layouts for renovation projects. Optimize picking, packing and shipping areas to reduce travel time, improve ergonomics and maximize space utilization.
• Material Flow Optimization: Analyze inbound, put‑away, picking and outbound processes; optimize material flow and work areas to increase efficiency.
• Time Studies: Conduct detailed time studies and work sampling to establish and maintain standard operating times.
• Capacity & ROI Analysis: Develop cost–benefit and ROI models for layout changes, automation investments and process improvements.
• New Project Support: Provide IE support for new warehouse start‑ups, process changes and layout integrations.
• Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, safety, IT and automation teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Operations Management or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse IE, layout design or process improvement.
• Familiarity with IE tools such as time studies, motion studies and capacity balancing.
• Proficient in Auto CAD / Visio for layout design and Excel / Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong numerical analysis and ROI modeling skills.
• Excellent cross‑department communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
