Mars is seeking a Senior Lead, MarTech Delivery to drive high-impact MarTech programs across its digital commerce platforms. You will lead product-oriented delivery teams and translate strategy into tangible results for brand experiences in the digital world.

The role requires 10+ years in digital project delivery, strong product ownership and program management experience, and familiarity with PIM/PXM, Digital Shelf Analytics, SEO/GEO, and AI platforms.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred.
• 10+ years delivering digital projects, products, programs in IT or Digital Marketing/Digital Commerce.
• At least 2 years as product owner or manager.
• At least 2 years as program manager in transformation initiatives.
• Experience in PIM/PXM, Digital Shelf Analytics, Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce, SEO/AEO/GEO, Software Engineering, AI.
• Familiarity with agile methodology, ideally SCRUM.
• Experience with change management (ADKAR).
• Familiarity with MarTech/AI platforms such as Salsify, Acquia, Gemini Enterprise, Aprimo, or Shopify.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and drive end-to-end delivery of complex MarTech programs, projects, and products, on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with senior experts across global digital technologies, marketing and sales to align roadmaps and success criteria.
• Lead POD teams to foster collaboration and value creation, delivering results at increased speed and scale.
• Provide clear reporting on progress, updates, and performance analytics to leadership.
• Ensure MarTech delivery aligns with broader business objectives and product-led operating model.

Job Description:

The Senior Lead, MarTech Delivery role is pivotal and at the forefront of our marketing and agentic commerce transformation. The purpose of this position is to lead the successful delivery of high impact MarTech programs, projects, and products across Mars digital commerce, and the digital shelf. In an industry that is rapidly evolving towards agentic, AI-driven approaches, this role is essential to ensuring Mars stays ahead of the curve. Role holder is instrumental in overseeing and driving high-performing, product-oriented delivery teams (PODs) that fuse business and digital expertise.

This position translates our strategic vision into tangible results, enhancing how consumers and customers experience our brands in the digital world. It is a global role supporting all business segments and divisions.

What are we looking for?

Education & Professional Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, AI, digital marketing etc.) is preferred.

Knowledge / Experience

• Proven experience (10+ years) in the delivery of digital projects, products and programs in the fields of IT and Digital Marketing or Digital Commerce.

• At least 2 years of experience as product owner or manager

• At least 2 years of experience as program manager ideally in transformation initiatives

• Experience in at least two of the following domains:

• Product Information Management (PIM) / Product Experience Management (PXM) [Preferred]

• Digital Shelf Analytics

• Digital Marketing

• Digital Commerce

• Digital Content and Optimization (SEO/AEO/GEO)

• Software Engineering, AI best

• Experienced with agile methodology, ideally SCRUM.

• Experience with change management and methodology (ideally ADKAR).

• Familiarity with MarTech and AI platforms such as Salsify, Acquia, Gemini Enterprise, Aprimo, or Shopify is highly appreciated.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Program & Products Delivery: Oversee and drive the end-to-end delivery of complex MarTech programs, projects, and products, ensuring they are completed on time and budget within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate, influence, and negotiate with a diverse range of senior experts and leaders across our global digital technologies, marketing, and sales functions to align roadmaps, scope, expectations, success criteria and more.

• People leadership and coaching: lead, direct and coach project managers and overseen POD (Product Oriented Delivery) teams to foster a culture of collaboration, and value creation to execute workstreams and deliver results at increasing speed and scale.

• Performance Reporting: In partnership with digital platforms and products platform leaders, ensure the continued delivery of initiatives and provide clear, consistent reporting on progress, updates, and performance analytics to leadership.

• Strategic Alignment: Ensure that all MarTech delivery activities in scope are aligned with broader business objectives, evolving our capabilities in an agentic, product-led operating model.

• Agile & AI Evangelism: Champion and implement agile methodologies (SCRUM) and user-centric tactics. Drive the adoption of AI and agentic approach to augment the team's impact and create new value for our brands, acting as a passionate advocate for its potential.
