Key LATAM Business Development Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sales Manager to drive our growth in the LATAM region.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a strong network across key markets, and a deep understanding of the regional regulatory landscape.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities with iGaming operators across key LATAM markets.
  • Servicing and managing aggregator relationships to ensure optimal content visibility.
  • Monitoring and interpreting regional regulatory developments to inform business decisions.
  • Providing expert guidance on market-specific requirements for successful product launches.
  • Representing the company at industry events and in-person client meetings.
Candidate Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in iGaming sales, preferably with a game provider or aggregator.
  • A strong professional network across LATAM operators.
  • In‑depth knowledge of sales processes, integrations, and product rollout cycles.
  • Familiarity with regional compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Spanish with excellent English skills.
  • Prior account management experience is an asset, as is being based in the LATAM region, preferably in Peru, Argentina, Colombia, or Chile.
