What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead end-to-end integration projects, defining scope, managing timelines, and executing across HL7, EHR, CAD, and Transport Management System interfaces
• Translate complex business and system workflows into actionable integration requirements and interface specifications
• Collaborate with engineering, product, implementation, and external partners to ensure successful delivery
• Mentor junior analysts in technical analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring reliable data exchange and optimal system performance

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 4+ years of experience in systems integration, implementation, or technical project management
• Proven ability to manage complex integration projects involving multiple stakeholders and technologies
• Proficient in HL7, EHR systems, CAD platforms, and transport management systems
• Skilled in leveraging generative and agentic AI tools to streamline integration and implementation workflows
