A leading healthcare organization seeks a Senior IT Contract Specialist responsible for managing complex IT agreements, vendor negotiations, and contract performance. The Senior IT Contract Specialist is responsible for the most complex IT agreements and negotiations such as large outsourcing agreements, large telecom contracts, and significant software licensing, hardware procurement, software as a service or cloud computing agreements. This position handles the management of vendors which includes addressing issues, negotiating changes to agreements (expansions or reductions in scope), and pursuing credits and settlements from non‑performing vendors. The Senior IT Contract Specialist also provides coaching and mentoring to IT Contract Specialists and other team members.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, Business, or Supply Chain Management/Program Operations Management or related field. Master’s degree highly preferred. 8+ years related experience including management of sourcing events, contract negotiation and supplier management. Experience in sourcing, negotiations and contract administration for a very wide variety of IT products and services. Experience working with off‑site and offshore suppliers is highly preferred.
Certified Procurement Manager or Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (or equivalent) highly preferred.
$86,000.00 – $154,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job‑related factors permitted by law, including full‑time or part‑time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
