What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead the end-to-end project management of complex EHR integrations, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and ensure stakeholder objectives are met through effective communication
- Architect, test, and validate EHR integrations to seamlessly embed into customer workflows
- Cultivate high-impact relationships with stakeholders and customers to drive long-term business outcomes
- Develop and implement KPIs and success metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and utilization of services
What is Required (Qualifications)
- At least 8 years of experience managing projects and leading EHR integration implementations in healthcare technology
- Deep knowledge and experience configuring HL7 integration solutions; experience with FHIR is a plus
- Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills for engaging technical and executive audiences
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in health information technology, computer science, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with EHR systems such as Epic (Aura is a plus) and Meditech
- Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript and ObjectScript
- Experience driving strategic initiatives that enhance scalability and customer experience
- Strategic agility in navigating dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Understanding of the evolving digital infrastructure in healthcare
