This role requires a BA in a quantitative field, 5 years of experience in analytics, and proficiency in SQL and visualization tools. As a Senior Growth Marketing Strategy & Operations Analyst you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights to optimize the demand engine. You will monitor Marketing KPIs throughout the lead funnel and become an expert in key areas of our Marketing performance. Your insights will be used to guide strategic decisions fine‑tune go‑to‑market strategies and help leadership solve important business challenges.
You will also support our annual planning process, regular business reviews and represent the Marketing team in cross‑functional collaborations. This role will leverage your data expertise, strategic thinking and hands‑on problem‑solving skills to make a significant impact and drive business growth.
This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Director Marketing Strategy & Operations.
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in‑office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in‑office expectation)
