AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale product capabilities using TypeScript, React and Ruby on Rails. You will collaborate across teams to deliver customer-facing features with a focus on quality and performance.

This role thrives in fast-moving environments with flextime and a mix of remote and in-office work. You will align with Product Management, UX, and Data to drive SDLC excellence and timely releases.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience building customer-facing applications with Product Management, UX, and Data.
• 4+ years of Rails/Ruby experience.
• 2+ years of experience architecting full-stack applications.

Responsabilidades

• Autonomously deliver ongoing business impact across a team, product capability, or technical system.
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure quality throughout the SDLC and product release cycles.
• Estimate and commit with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize the development process and increase efficiency.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, about status, risks, and issues.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale product capabilities using TypeScript, React and Ruby on Rails.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• - Autonomously deliver ongoing business impact across a team, product capability, or technical system.
  
• - Collaborate with the product team to ensure quality throughout the SDLC and product release cycles.
  
• - Work with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads to estimate and commit.
  
• - Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize the development process and increase efficiency.
  
• - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  

MUST HAVES

• - 4+ years of experience building customer-facing applications professionally in collaboration with Product Management, UX, and Data.
  
• - 4+ years of experience with Rails/Ruby.
  
• - 2+ years of experience architecting full stack applications.
  

NICE TO HAVES

• - Experience working in fast moving environments with on-call rotations and documented SLAs, SLOs, RPOs, and RTOs.
  
• - 2+ years of experience with AWS and Kubernetes, with experience in Service Mesh technologies such as Istio, Linkerd, Cilium, etc.
  
• - Google Suite.
  
• - Experience with NextJS, CSS, Figma.
  
• - Jira, Confluence, Slack, Fellow.
