Are you ready to lead and innovate on a global cloud platform?

The Cloud People is expanding its Cloudia team and seeking a seasoned Senior Full-Stack Developer to take on the role of Tech Lead.

You'll be instrumental in guiding our Brazilian development team, collaborating closely with our European counterparts, and driving the evolution of our Cloudia platform.

In this role, you'll also shape our AI development strategy—designing and delivering intelligent features powered by Google Cloud's Vertex AI and other GenAI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Brazilian development team, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
• Design and develop scalable full-stack solutions on the Google Cloud Platform.
• Architect and manage AI-powered features using Vertex AI and code-generation pipelines.
• Explore and implement use cases for LLMs (e.g., document parsing, natural language interfaces, recommendations).
• Collaborate with product management to translate AI opportunities into deliverable features.
• Facilitate effective communication between Brazilian and European teams.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Oversee code quality, deployments, and integration processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-stack development (Node.js, Java, GCP, microservices).
• Experience designing and maintaining AI / ML pipelines on Google Cloud (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, AI Platform).
• Experience integrating AI-assisted code generation tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Codey APIs, LangChain).
• Strong understanding of ML lifecycle: model training, deployment, monitoring.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in a technical environment.
