Our client, a leading Cultural Intelligence Platform, is seeking a senior full-stack developer to drive the next generation of its data and insights platform. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and UX to enhance workflows and experiences, building scalable front-end and back-end components connected to a robust data pipeline.

The role requires strong React.js with TypeScript, Python backend experience, and hands-on cloud infra familiarity.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of front-end development experience with React.js, preferably TypeScript.
• 3+ years of back-end development experience using Python.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP or Azure for infra.
• Experience building modular, reusable UI components and design systems.
• Experience building REST APIs and using relational databases.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Delivery experience in a startup, team-player with ownership.

You will join our client's innovative, growing team on a mission to unleash the power of culture for growing organizational brands at a time of global, seismic cultural transformation.

You will participate in the complete software development process from conception to deployment of our client's world class data and insights platform. You will work closely with product, engineering and UX leads providing a critical voice in providing solutions to complex workflows and user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Research and Development team, including software engineers, data scientists and product managers ideating software solutions
• Collaborate on designing client- and server-side architecture
• Develop and manage functional, scalable databases and applications
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency with ownership on what is developed
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation
• Collaborate with a diverse and international team

Required Experience

• Excellent English communication and teamwork skills
• 5+ years of front-end development experience building front-end applications with React.js, preferably using TypeScript
• 3+ years of back-end development experience using Python
• 2+ years of experience working with AWS (preferred), GCP or Azure for application infrastructure
• Experience building modular, reusable UI components and maintaining shared component libraries or design systems and UI/UX principles
• Experience building REST APIs and integrating applications with relational databases
• Great attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an analytical mind
• Proven delivery experience in a vibrant, dynamic startup environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or within a broader team, with ownership of feature software development
• Trustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent

Preferred Experience

• University degree in computer science, statistics, or relevant field
• Experience working with Snowflake
• Experience building APIs with FastAPI
• Experience with WordPress and PHP
• Experience working with products in the context of AI and ML (MCPs, AI Agents, Classification Models)
